Cecilia Acosta won Best of Show for the student division, Ernesto Rodriguez won 2 "d on his mask, 3 rd on his pencil portrait, Julian Grade won a 2 "d and 3 rd place on his pencil drawings, Ashley Martinez won l"t on her mask, Jessica Sanchez won a 1st on her mask, Ashley Arambula won 3 rd on her mask, Veronica Eckert won a 1 = on her pencil portrait, Tyler DeFter won a 3 rd on his pencil portrait, and Emily Dominguez won a special recognition for her pencil portrait. Anissa Plowman won a 2 "d and a special recognition award for her scratch art project, Leticia Escobar won a 3 rd place on her scratch art and Ethan Murillo won a 3 rd place on his scratch art for 7 th -- 8 th division. The Fine Art Show was sponsored by the Wilcox Art League and is judged by professional artists from around the country with over 300 entries from Adult division through student. As a vital part of the New Mexico State Library, bookmobiles bring valuable re- sources to their patrons. The bookmobiles serve people of all backgrounds, providing books, audio books, large print books, magazines, music and videos, readers' advisory services and an- swering patrons' questions on al- most any topic. The program is funded in part with a grant from the Insti- tute of Museum and Library Sen- vices whiela"gdltfinisters the Ei-- brary Servicesand Techn, ology, Act. The bookmobile vehicles are purchased with funding appro- priated by the NewMexico state legislature. Funds contributed by several counties support the book budget.
