The Career Expo is intended for all levels of students looking for job opportunities, from intern- ships and co-ops to professional employment. The event also will be open to the public as well as students from other schools in the region. Tuesday, Sept. 20, is re- served for those majoring in busi- ness, agriculture, liberal arts and Erik Romo Job Sarellano APS Students of the Month Animas Public Schools' Stu- dents of the month were Erik Romo and Job Sarellano. Erik Romo is a Senior at Animas High School, and the 9-12 grade student of the month. He is in- volved in the Animu Panther football team as the quarter- back. Erik enjoys hanging out with his friends, and especially his girlfriend Erika. In the future, he intends on going to New Mexico State University to pur- sue a career in Radiology He is looking forward ton fun and ex- citing senior year here at Animas. Job Sarellano is Animas's 5-7 grade student of the month. He is currently in the 7  grade and is involved in stu- dent council, and plans on play- ing basketball and running track. Job is highly involved in church and maintains good grades during school. He is al- ways helping out others and strives for 100 percent. Accord- ing to Mrs. Kate Jackson, he challenges himself, and always chooses the highest testing in math.
