Many Coaches throughout the state were expect- ing Lordsburg to be seeded at #8 or #9 and were shocked to find the Lady Mars at #12. When asked about the low seed Coach Grijalva said "Either way out o1 32 teams we are in the final mix, if you're ranked first or last, ev- erything will be settled on thc court this week". Pool play will find the Lady Mavs facing #4 Bosque Prep anti #5 Estancia Thursday morning. From there the brackets will be set.
